What is an SMM panel? +
An SMM (Social Media Marketing) panel is a platform where you can buy social media services like followers, likes, views, and comments at wholesale prices. We act as a reseller for premium providers.
How fast is the delivery? +
Most orders start within minutes of being placed. Delivery speed depends on the service — some complete in hours, others gradually over a few days for natural-looking growth.
Is it safe for my account? +
Yes. We never ask for your password. All services are delivered externally through public engagement methods. We use high-quality providers with real-looking accounts.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank cards (Visa/Mastercard), cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, and 20+ more via Cryptomus), and for Russian users — FreeKassa (cards, SBP, YooMoney).
What happens if my order drops? +
Many services include a refill guarantee. If your count drops within the guarantee period, contact our support and we will refill at no extra cost. Check service details for refill availability.
Can I cancel an order? +
Orders can be cancelled while in Pending or In Progress status. Once Completed or Partial, cancellation is not possible. Go to your Dashboard to request a cancellation.
What is the minimum order? +
The minimum order amount varies per service, usually starting from 10–100 units. Check the min/max shown on each service card.
Do you have a reseller API? +
Yes! Every account gets an API key. You can automate orders and build your own panel on top of ours. Go to Dashboard → API section or visit /api-docs.php for full documentation.
How do I add funds to my balance? +
Click "Add Funds" in the sidebar. Choose your payment method (card or crypto), select an amount, and you will be redirected to the payment page. Balance is credited instantly after confirmation.
My order is stuck on Pending — what do I do? +
Orders sometimes take a few minutes to start. If an order is Pending for more than 1 hour, please open a support ticket with your order ID and we will investigate.
